After many years working in the restaurant business and traveling around the world, I decided to come home and finally settle down. Today, I live in Praiano, a small town very close to Positano. It’s one of the most elegant corners of the Amalfi Coast. From my home, I can smell rosemary plants’ scent and admire stunning sunsets. It was so special that I couldn’t help opening it to the public and offer travelers my own and most authentic dining experience. People from all over the world connect with me to book a simple cooking class and then discover they’ve found a friend. Many return after a few years and it’s as if they had never left.
