Taste experience
I welcome to my home groups of friends, families, couples and also solo travelers. The only house rules are: no more than 6 guests at a time, and no strangers at the table.
What does that mean? I only accept groups of people who are already travelling together. You can trust my kitchen tricks and my discretion, so let me welcome you to my home for the best taste experience in the Amalfi Coast.
The kitchen is a large and comfortable space where my guests learn how to make traditional recipes. I keep no secret: all that I know, I will share with you.
And mostly, I’ll make sure you bring home some real-life cooking skill after the class. We will make homemade pasta like cavatelli or gnocchi, fresh sauces like basil pesto or other local-product-based recipe like parmigiana di melanzane (the classic eggplant parmigiana). I do accept special request for the menu, but I rely on local suppliers to provide ingredients as I want to maintain a high standard as for the products that I use.
Together with my family, I manage a small wine production (both red and white). We don’t use any chemical treatment to keep the wine as natural as possible.
On the terrace, we will enjoy the sunset while sitting at a wooden counter facing the horizon, while the round table will welcome us for a homemade dinner and a shared moment of happiness.
